parillinn. [Shortened fr. sarsaparillin.].
     A glucoside resembling saponin, found in the root of sarsaparilla, smilax, etc., and extracted as a bitter white crystalline substance; -- called also smilacin, sarsaparilla saponin, and sarsaparillin.  [1913 Webster]
